Table Talk!

Mom, this picture is for you! I finally put up the girls' table that you got for them last Christmas, even though Syd's feet still can't touch the floor! The day I put it in their room, they sat there and read and had their snack. That table kept them occupied for a good 30 minutes. So the girls give a shout out to you, Nana and Papa, for an awesome gift! They will get lots of use out of this one!

Girls' 2nd Birthday Bash!

Wow! What a night! We had the girls' 2nd birthday bash at a place called Pump-It-Up. The coolest place. There are these huge blow-up toys that the kids (and adults) can jump on, and slide down. The slide was a favorite with everyone. Even Nana ventured into one of the bounce houses. The girls had a ball. We had about 45 people there and everyone seemed to have a great time. The whole night was a success. I can't wait to scrapbook some of these pictures! You probably can't really tell, but the first pic is of Dad and Jon coming down the slide together with Jon's legs around Dad! It's hilarious. I'm pretty sure this pic will come back to haunt them someday (blackmail, if needed)!

Visit from Nana & Papa

Nana and Papa are visiting and the girls are in seventh heaven! They love them and BJ's too (Kenzie adds an s to all her words, now we have all started to call him BJ's). I was showing mom some pics from our Kodak Easy Share and we came across the old videos of the girls learning how to walk. It made me cry! I don't normally get emotional about the girls growing up, but it just made my heart break because my first thought was, "They will be adults before we know it." I looked over at mom and we were both crying!
