Thank You, Sharon!

There's no point in washing the glass doors in this house! Sydney can be so serious sometimes, we were laughing so hard and she did not even break a smile.

This may be the last you hear from me for awhile, we are leaving tomorrow for vacation. First to Virginia for Steph's wedding. The girls are in it and Jon's doing the ceremony. Then to Indiana for my cousin, Joyce's wedding. The girls are in that one too. Originally, we were going to have the girls wear the same dresses just with different color sashes. But no...one bride chose white and one bride chose ivory. So, four flower girls' dresses for two weeks! Luckily, my mom was able to make them for about $20/each (the same dress at David's Bridal is $99). Thanks mom, for saving us so much money. So we are off on vaca...will update when we get back!

Ben just got back from visiting Sharon in Singapore and they bought the girls these cool little dragonflies that balance on your finger. The girls thought they were the neatest things! Thank you, Ben and Sharon, for thinking of the girls on your trip.

I found a couple of bikes at a garage sale this summer (a twin girl garage sale...talk about hitting the mother-load!) and the girls love to ride them. Their favorite thing to do is ride up our neighbor's driveway and then go down fast into our driveway straight across the road. It gives them a little thrill of excitement without too much danger. They have fallen quite often already but have always been wearing their helmets (our neighbor is the helmet nazi). What's childhood and summertime without a few scrapes and bruises?!
